IN 1973, MIKE INITIATED…
In 1973, Mike initiated his own architectural practice as a sole proprietorship which today is the firm of Newman Marchive Incorporated. In his role as Managing Principle, Mike assures that all necessary resources are provided for each project’s successful completion. He initiated an Environmental Practice, becoming a Registered Environmental Manager (REM) and Registered Environmental Property Accessor (REPA).
Over the years, Mike has planned, managed, and designed multi-family and single-family residences, dormitories, assisted living facilities and a broad range of building types including churches, office buildings, surgical centers, schools, sports facilities, doctors’ offices, and court facilities.
Mike has also worked with all levels of government agencies, including the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Defense, Department of Labor, and the U. S. Postal Service, as well as local parish/county, school board, and municipal entities.
