Project Manager or Architect
Project Manager (or) Architect – Newman Marchive Incorporated is a full service architectural and building environmental consulting firm and we are seeking a project manager or a licensed architect. Auto CAD proficiency and ability to design and detail buildings is required. This person may be considered for advancement into firm management. Our current services include a wide range of projects from small renovations to large commercial projects with an emphasis on commercial, multifamily, schools, state and local governmental entities. Additionally, the Firm is interested in expanding its range of expertise and building types; therefore, candidates with broader expertise are encouraged to apply. Appropriate architectural degree and background and experience required.

Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

Our architectural firm needs an project coordinator/administrative assistant. Duties include working directly with the firm's principals, general administration, secretarial duties & project coordination including correspondence, contract documents, schedules, shop drawings, contract preparation, field reports etc. Experience in the architecture, engineering, construction industry or legal profession helpful. Applicant should be a self-starter, reliable, confident, a quick learner and able to deal with people. Must be able to multitask and deal with clients and contractors as well as our office staff. Must know Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, & Outlook. Adobe, AIA Contract Documents, PowerPoint and other professional and graphic design and presentation software knowledge helpful.
