Project Architect – Newman Marchive Incorporated is a full service architectural and building environmental consulting firm and we are seeking a licensed architect. This person may be considered for advancement into firm management and ownership. Our current services include a wide range of projects from small renovations to large commercial projects with an emphasis on commercial, multifamily, schools, state and local governmental entities. Additionally, the firm is interested in expanding its range of expertise and building types, therefore, candidates with broader expertise are encouraged to apply. ACCOUNTANT / OFFICE MANAGER

Accountant / Office Manager - Our 10-person architectural firm, Newman Marchive Incorporated, is looking for a person to handle our in-house bookkeeping/accounting and office management functions. Depending on skills and interest, position may be part or full time. Accounting and/or business management education and experience is required. Experience in a professional services firms, such as attorneys or CPAs or contractors, would be an asset. Must know and be experienced with Quick Books, Excel, and Microsoft Office. Person must have good people skills and be able to maintain good relationships with our partners, staff, contractors and clients.

CLERK OF THE WORKS / CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR

Project Clerk of the Works / Construction Inspector– Newman Marchive Incorporated is a full service architectural and building environmental consulting firm and we are seeking a construction inspector. Our current services include a wide range of projects from small renovations to large commercial projects with an emphasis on commercial, multifamily, schools, state and local governmental entities. We are looking for a Clerk of the Works / Construction Inspector for a large $20 million dollar Detention Center and to handle our other construction administration projects. Appropriate experience and background required.
