FRANCO IS THE NEWEST MEMBER OF THE FIRM, JOINING IN 2021

Franco Zaragoza brings 16 years of experience to designing and managing new construction and existing rehabilitation/renovation projects, commercial build-outs, parking garage design below grade and above grade structures, new school construction and renovations, mixed-use and multi-family residential housing projects. Franco's roles have included lead and managing designer for a number of organizations and agencies, bringing his skill and design talent to a variety of project types. He understands the importance of early design coordination with an emphasis on space planning, creating efficient designed spaces that integrate seamlessly into the program requirements. He strives to incorporate sustainable design into all projects, emphasizing on creating healthy indoor environments and energy efficient buildings. He has successfully transformed several existing school buildings and facilities into modern state-of-the-art facilities, while coordinating multiple consultants and working with large ownership teams, and maintaining tight budgets and constraints.

Franco has been part of several award-winning designs and projects from Excellence of Design to Innovation and Sustainability Techniques. It is important to him to make every project special and meet all project goals.
